Thanks to her charm, allure and ability to traverse multiple mediums, Gugino remained one of Hollywood's more in-demand actresses. From there, she had supporting parts in "Watchmen" (2009) and "Sucker Punch" (2011), played Hank Moody's lawyer on season four of "Californication" (Showtime, 2007-14) and reprised Karen Sisco for "Justified" (FX, 2010-15) before starring in a chilling adaptation of the horror classic "The Haunting of Hill House" (Netflix 2018). Meanwhile, she had big-screen roles in "The Lookout" (2007) and "American Gangster" (2007), and received the most buzz of her career by playing super-agent Amanda Daniels - chief nemesis of Ari Gold - on "Entourage" (HBO, 2004-2011). After attracting the attention of important industry players, Gugino suddenly found herself the star of her own series, "Karen Sisco" (ABC, 2003), which was based on a character created by Elmore Leonard, but the series was canceled after 10 episodes despite positive reviews.
